Built from one regret, with the hope that other families will not carry the same one.

My father’s father was an extraordinary man: a World War II veteran, Purple Heart recipient, and prison guard during the Nuremberg War Trials. He came home to Wisconsin and built a life marked by quiet strength, duty, and love.
At 90 years old, shortly after this photo was taken, he moved to a veterans home in Wisconsin. I was living in Texas, raising my own family and building a career, and I told myself I would mail him a postcard every week.
I never did. When he passed away three years later, I had sent zero postcards. Bright Mailbox exists because too many people love deeply, intend well, and still fail to follow through when life gets busy.
Make it easy to send the postcard before it becomes something you wish you had done.
